Qatar Polymer specializes in the design and manufacture of plain and printed polythene packaging. Our experienced print designers are on hand to assist in the creation and editing of your design and work with your bespoke product until the product is perfect. We can print on any number of materials including bags, rolls, sacks, film on the reel and sheeting. We can include such features as printing of logos, postage paid licences, barcodes, safety warnings and much more. Along with custom printed content, our packaging can include air vents, handle punching, Euro slot headers and self-sealing adhesives. Packaging can also include heavy-duty seals, gusseting, perforation for easy tear openings and micro-perforation.
Extrusion and Custom Printing
We have a range of polythene extrusion lines producing high quality tube and sheeting from narrow to wide and from thick to thin also producing colored, bio-degradable, and anti-static films to order. Qatar Polymer has printing facilities in house. We work with our customers to design and create cost effective printed packaging (bags, sacks and film etc). This includes the printing of logos, postage paid licences, bar codes, safety warnings and any other design as per requirement.

Biodegradable Materials
Responding to recent customer driven requirements bio-degradable materials are now available across our range subject to minimum runs depending on volume or order quantity.
Our bio-degradable products consist of pro-degradant additive masterbatches. These products are designed to cause conventional polyolefins to degrade and disintegrate whilst having minimal effect on initial polymer properties and processing conditions. The additive is primarily intended for use in polyethylene film where the degradation properties give a functional benefit in the finished article. Such applications may include mulch film, rubbish bags, mailers, envelopes and disposable packaging etc. The recommended shelf life for these products is on average 6 months.
Formulations have European food contact approval and, if colour is required, can be used in conjunction with our range of approved standard colour master batches for film.Are you or your clients looking to improve your impact on the environment?
