Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) also known as Jumbo Bags or Bulk Bags is an economical and ideal packaging solution used for the storage & transportation of powdered, granulated, or bulk products. FIBC is a durable, lightweight alternative versus other forms of semi-bulk packaging options. FIBC is 100% recyclable woven Polypropylene (PP). It can take up considerably less warehouse space for storage. Typically 100 empty FIBCs occupy a similar space as one empty bin. We focus on hygiene and cleanliness to ensure the bags are free from dust.
Industries that are using bulk bags (FIBC) :-

Four Panel Bag ![]() |
A four-panel bag is the original polypropylene design. This design requires seams along four separate pieces of fabric sewn to create a four-panel bag. |
U Panel Bag ![]() |
A U-Panel bag requires two seams along with two opposite sides to create two panels and a "U" Panel shape. |
Circular Cross Corner Bag ![]() |
Circular bags are made from fabric woven on a circular loom. The fabric is woven into a continuous tube of fabric and then cut to the correct size height. It is also an excellent alternative to the original four-panel bag construction. The loops sew on cross corners. |
Baffle/Q Bag ![]() |
Baffles are pieces of fabric that are sewn to the inside corners of a bag to maintain its cube shape after filling. The baffles have holes that allow the product to flow freely through them. The baffles also prevent the bag from bulging. It makes the bag stand up straight and allows the bags to be more efficient in their use of space. Net and tie baffles are another type of baffle option. |

A common type of "coating" would be of 1 Mil. Lamination of heated semi-clear polypropylene, which is bonded to the fabric to avoid contamination & outflow of product.
Gusseted/ Tubular-Style liners are an economical way of preventing contamination and product loss.
Form-fit liners are custom made to fit tightly to the interior of a bulk container. It firms the structure of the bag and significantly improves filling capacity and the ability to move product. Liners can also come vested, which allows them to attach them to the bags.
